Privacy and stewardship

Your privacy choices should be clear.

Signal Framework uses optional analytics to understand whether our public information is helpful. We do not treat people as data points, and we do not use analytics inside the Parish Workspace.

Optional Google Analytics

Google Analytics is loaded only after you select “Allow analytics.” If you select “No thanks,” the Google Analytics script is not requested and analytics cookies are not created.

When allowed, analytics can record public pages visited, approximate device and location information, traffic sources, and marked actions such as choosing a conversation link or successfully sending the contact form. We do not send the name, email address, organization, or message entered into that form to Google Analytics.

Clear boundaries

  • Analytics runs only on public-facing pages.
  • Admin, authentication, login, and API routes are excluded.
  • Advertising storage and personalization remain disabled.
  • Contact-form field values are never included in analytics events.

Parish Digital Ministry Health Check

When you choose to complete the free health check, we collect your name, email address, parish, location, role, assessment answers, calculated scores, and the source or campaign that brought you to the assessment. We use this information to save your progress, prepare and email your report, understand the support your parish may need, and respond if you request a conversation.

Your individual answers remain private. They are not published or shared with your parish without your permission. Receiving occasional Parish Signal resources is a separate, optional choice and is recorded with your submission. You can withdraw that choice by using an unsubscribe link or contacting us.

Assessment records are stored in our secured application database. A temporary copy of in-progress answers is also kept in your browser so you can continue after an interruption. Clearing this site’s browser storage removes that local copy.

Change your choice

You can allow or decline analytics at any time. Declining after previously allowing analytics stops future collection and removes the Google Analytics cookies available to this site in your browser.
