Human-guided, not automated away
Signal Framework uses technology to reduce strain, clarify decisions, and support ministry. It does not replace the people, wisdom, or story of a local community.
About Signal Framework
Signal Framework helps mission-driven organizations move from scattered digital tools to a clear, accessible, and sustainable online presence — shaped around identity before technology.

Founder, Signal Framework · Digital ministry and mission-driven web systems
The founder
Signal Framework was founded by Jeffrey Scott Martin, a full-stack developer and digital ministry leader focused on helping churches, non-profits, and community organizations communicate with clarity and care.
The work began with a simple observation: many organizations do not need more noise, more dashboards, or another complicated tool. They need someone to help them understand who they are, what they need to say, and how to keep their digital presence alive after launch day.
Jeffrey brings together practical web development, communications strategy, accessibility awareness, and hands-on parish experience. Signal Framework is the result: a system for building digital presence around identity, sustainability, and service.
Why it exists
They are struggling because their tools are disconnected from their actual people, capacity, story, and mission. Signal Framework starts there.
Signal Framework uses technology to reduce strain, clarify decisions, and support ministry. It does not replace the people, wisdom, or story of a local community.
The goal is not a flashy launch followed by neglect. The goal is a digital presence that can be maintained, understood, and trusted over time.
Signal Framework is being shaped in Canada, with special attention to the realities of Canadian parishes, non-profits, service organizations, and community life.
The first signal
It helps parishes move through discernment, website renewal, communication planning, accessibility, livestream support, online giving, and ongoing updates without overwhelming clergy or volunteers.
